Fridge
This is an example of my folio idea. This is the image I shot to show my idea to my fellow classmates.
The feedback was very good everyone seemed to love the fridge idea and is eager to see more ideas.
Failure at the circus
I was in contact with the circus for the period of a week. I contacted the main phone number and spoke to a sales consultant, she then gave the bosses mobile phone number. After calling the boss he kindly asked me to call his wife the following day.
The next day I called the wife and explained my idea, she told me that too many people that she had allowed to take photos claimed to be students and ended up publishing the photos for animal cruelty. However she told me I was a lovely girl and told me to please call her son in two days time and the answer from him would be the final one.
In two days time I called the son, he agreed that with a written contract on my behalf and there's that this opportunity would be possible. I was stoked.
Unfortunately in the next few days he contacted me to cancel as there was a protest outside the front and they could not take the risk any longer.
Therefor this folio idea will be cancelled and I will be continuing with my fridge/band ideas.

Folio Proposal
For my folio I have three separate ideas, i will try and complete all three ideas and in the end choose my strongest selection.
1. Circus
The Stardust circus is touring in Queanbeyan for the next two months. I would like to get into contact and ask for permission to shoot live performances at the circus.
2. Band
Photographing a band is something that I have never done before. I find the idea of a tight space, lots of people, loud music and uncontrolled light quite daunting. I would like to challenge myself and find a band that will allow me to photograph a live performance.
3. Fridges
I believe photographing peoples fridges would be a simple, clean, and effective folio idea. Very original idea I would use a tight crop of the fridge. The lighting I would like to keep true colour, trying hard to create the same lighting of the fridge in an image. Some older fridges would give you that warm yellow tone and the newer models would give you that fresh white light. This concept will also be interesting to see the food of which different people eat.
