Annie Leibovitz

Annie is a great photographer.  Mostly known for being the chief photographer for the Rolling Stone magazine for ten years, she then went to work for the Vanity Fair magazine.  Annie has been considered by many people one of America's best portrait photographers.

Week 7

Inspiration: Terry Richardson

Terry is a very unique photographer, his images are risky and original.  Mostly photographing celebrities he shoots each person to match their personality. I first noticed his photography when I came across a book of Lady Gaga, it was a book full of images shot by Terry.  Since then I have been following his blog, when I look at his work I feel as though I could photograph anything because the beauty of his work it that it is so daring.

Week 6

Today was our first day, we discovered that we will be creating a folio in the near future.  We need to explore ourselves and create a folio that impresses us, it is more important to create an image for myself then anyone else. Another important element is to look at the places that I have access to that nobody else does.  


Below are some images that I have photographed in the last year. 

Above are all images that I have take and as you can see majority of them are portraits.  Portraits is something that I feel very comfortable photographing.  I want to challenge myself and give myself the opportunity to grow, I want to try to create a portfolio that does not have any posed portraits.
